Your real-time energy performance

1. Pre-heated

Set your thermostat to 20°C four hours before our arrival to ensure the right temperature difference for the test.

2. Electric supply

Ensure access to at least one 240v electrical supply per room for our testing equipment. Multiple heaters on one circuit may trip breakers.

3. Vacant building

The building must be vacant overnight during the test, which runs in darkness.

4. Power down

Switch off all electrical equipment in the property; notify us in advance if certain items cannot be turned off.

5. Neighbouring property

For flats or attached properties, provide access to neighbouring rooms for position sensors. Note that any inability to access will be documented in the report.
